The satellite leader offered the most lucrative deal for the broadcast rights to music company MCY, MCY spokesman Brian Kaplan says. DirecTV provided a stronger advance and about a fifty-fifty revenue split for the event, he says. Kaplan would not divulge further details of the agreement.
