Is it possible to have Satellite tv and Comcast at the same time in my home?

There was already a dish here when we moved so we got dish, but they could only hook up 4 tv’s, so I have 3 more tv’s that need cable. Can I get Comcast cable and satellite tv? Will installing cable mess up the satellite service?

What is the altitude of Sirius when it is on the meridian?

Sorry, the local time is 22h30, and the latitude is 57N
