Resolved Question: If all media outlets are owned by multinational corporations, is the notion of a “liberal media” a myth?
FOX News watchers claim all main-stream media (MSM) outlets have a nasty liberal lean.
Meanwhile, MSM viewers claim FOX news has a nasty conservative lean, going so far as to call it “a wing of the Republican party”.
So, since all news media channels on cable, satellite and radio are owned by Multi-National Corporations, the exceptions being PBS and NPR, is the notion of a “liberal media” a myth?
Are General Electric, Time-Warner, Viacom, Disney and Westinghouse bastions of liberal thought?
