Also can Windows Media Player be used to manually convert sound files to mp3 or another format and how do I do this?

Problem: Dish Network doesn’t have rights to broadcast local channels in HD….Solution: Mount an HD-capable antenna outside, connect it through an add-on MT2 OTA module for my Dish Network Vip722k receiver….
