How do you rate customerservice when you call XM Radio?

Is it just me or is it a pain and a hassle. Not only can you tell your calling a callcenter (loud voice and blasting music in the background), not to mention that I feel I’m talking to a robot each time I call. Reading from a computer screen is not flattering. No offense against international countires but where abouts is my call actually being sent to??
Hope this Sirius and XM merger will change things. I love the service itself but I dread having to call them.

    i call them almost every week to add new radios

    You may need to go to xmradio.com to rate customer service. Try it, it might work…
