If you have Sirius radio, specifically the Sportster 5, can you hook it up to a stereo to listeN?

Or do you have to buy the Sirius boombox? Because personally, I think the Sirius boombox is ugly and a waste of money. But would the antenna built into a standard stereo be enough for the Sportster to receive good reception?
I mean to listen to inside of your house.

to get the best audio possible from this unit you can plug to any home stereo using this cable
or you can use the builtin fm modulator
you don’t need the boom box

You can hook it up to any stereo with an auxiliary input, but need a Sirius antenna to do so. You can use the antenna from your car if it is accessible or probably can pick up a home antenna cheap on eBay (I believe all Sirius plug and play models have the same antenna input). This would give you your best sound but you could also use the FM modulator if you don’t have an auxiliary input. You can pick up a device at Walmart or Radio Shack which will allow you to use your cigarette lighter power jack from your car and plug it into a wall to use DC power.
