DirecTV has more than 255 channels of programming, 80 of which are broadcast in HD (high definition) format. In addition to their TV channels, they also have 73 XM radio channels, and offer 60 pay-per-view movies a month.

DirecTV was founded in 1994 and is the largest network. Since that time they’ve grown to more than 16 million customers, and have launched 15 satellites to provide service to those customers. They’ve consistently maintained a top consumer rating with J.D. Power & Associates.
