Open Question: Are you aware of all the great advancements that American gave the world?
Bifocals, ocean current mapping, cotton gin, REFRIGERATION, circular saw, dental floss, electric doorbell, morse code, revolver, anesthesia, telegraph, TELEPHONE, potato chip, Toilet paper, repeating rifle, vacuum cleaner, machine gun, motorcycle, tape measure, thermostat, dish washer, escalator, RADIO, tractor, assembly line, hearing aid, AIRPLANE, cable TV, chemotherapy, polio vaccine, CPR, laser, weather satellite, heart transplantation, lung transplantation, the person computer or PC, Email, digital camera, ethernet, voicemail, spaceshuttle, INTERNET, zip files, GPS, DVR, etc,etc,etc
There are actually too many to mention here, this is just a small sample. All of these inventions owe their existence to individuals pursuing self-interest in a capitalist market. None of them, to my knowledge, were invented under orders from a government bureaucrat for the betterment of the ‘common good’.
American liberals and members of American hater nations, do you see now how much you owe to America, to capitalism, and to the free market?
