Open Question: What morning radio shows do you recommend?
I’m contemplating cancelling my subscription to Sirius. Although Howard Stern has been a part of my morning routine for nearly 15 years, I can no longer stand being nickeled and dimed by Sirius. First they took away free online listening, and now with royalty fees going up my subscription is going up even though I do not listen to the music channels. At this point the number of commercials makes Sirius on par with regular radio. I didn’t mind paying for commercial-free radio before, but that is no longer the case.
In light of this, I need some new morning show recommendations. They have to be a show that I can stream online as I may not be able to hear them depending on geographic areas. I will give preference to a show that is primarily talk and has as little music as possible, and one that seems to talk about a little bit of everything without weighing too heavily on any one particular topic. The more I add this description the more I’m realizing I’m still listing some of the nuances to the Stern Show, but I’m going to give some new shows a try.
So what do you recommend?
