One thing that too many businesses have forgotten about is customer satisfaction. It seems that no sooner have you signed on the dotted line that you become just another number to them. This particularly holds true in many businesses where you have signed an extended contract or agreement for their services or products.

The concert, an all-star charity event on Aug. 4, will cost $19.95. After the initial telecast, DirecTV will allow consumers to purchase the concert again during the Labor Day weekend. Consumers can buy tickets that allow them to watch the concert at any time throughout the day of purchase.

Either you have it or you dont and that is just the way it goes in business. If you treat you employees well, then they will treat your customers well.
